A deposit of the first hour of service is required along with your phone #, preferred time block for Technician/Computerist level service, and notes on your situation.
Click here to submit a credit card for $80/hr for Technician level service if you have a list of prepared questions to ask. Minimum 2 hours and prorated to the half hour. Scheduling by email. Work done remotely or by drop off.
Click here to submit a credit card for $150/hr for Computerist level service if you can’t really describe what is going wrong and you need it fixed or tweaked. Higher priority email scheduling. Minimum 1 hour and prorated to the half hour. A session is done remotely or on site with limited travel radius.
Click here to submit a credit card for the initial $314.16/hr to jump the line for Concierge level service. Includes complementary 10 minute triage and scheduling by text message. This is not prorated. Will work remotely as needed but emphasis is on personal engagement. Travel to client’s location is available if transportation is arranged. An optional NDA is also available for this level of service.
